Answers:

  1. My first impression of the Trader Joe’s website was that it looked to be very well put together. It was clear where I would need to go depending on what my need was. It gave great information without being too cluttered.

  2. They had links to different services, like where to look at their product on the left. These were all very organized and included a matching picture. There was a clear flow and scheme. On the right, they have different links, like their “About Us” page and “Careers”. This separation of the items on the left and right helped the organizational flow.

  3. It makes sense to me. The home page is an overview of the food they offer, as well as recipes that use these items. Then, to get more specific, you can click on links that will take you to these products or recipes. I feel like they have a great balance between images and words.

  4. It enhances the website. The graphics help you to see what the link will lead to, as well as being a fun addition. The images help the page show what the recipe you could make would look like. When I’m looking for recipes, a big part is looking at the recipe image to determine if I would like it or not. It’s not overcluttered and feels balanced. All of the images and graphics are well placed.

  5. It loaded almost immediately. I fell like this is very reasonable. I tested it multiple times and this was the result each time.

  6. The color and font size we very readable. When they did you color, it was against a different colored background, so it still popped. When a background color was used, it only added to the page.

  7. Yes. it does. It was very well done and was clear with each of the places you could go.

  8. Yes, it included lots of yellow and red. It felt like it matched the fell of the stores. Everything felt like it went together. Nothing was out of place.

  9. Yes, it does. The menu bar, instead of always being our, got shrunk into a button that you can push. It is still very usable.

  10. They have a section for you to start creating a shopping list. I haven’t really seen this on other sites.
